At Botané, we want your home to be a sanctuary of comfort and style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-condition items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
